Practitioner Register

Practitioners who have completed Foundation level, Certificate level or the full Diploma level qualification with an ACHO school are eligible to be listed on the Register. Provided your school was a member of ACHO when you trained and qualified you may apply to join the Register.

Apply / Renew

Apply or renew for 2025 by downloading our PDF form. You’ll need to scan / send a copy of your insurance and qualification certificate.

Payments are via BACS transfer or by posting a Cheque.

Renewals are due in March each year after the renewal fees have been set at the ACHO AGM.  Registration fees for 2025 remain at £20.00
