Lauren D’Silva is the Principal of Touchstones School of Crystal Therapy.

Lauren is a fully qualified teacher with over 30 years of professional teaching experience. She taught Crystal Therapy to Diploma level for over 20 years.
All levels of experience and expertise are catered for. Lauren offers Masterclasses for Crystal Therapists who are looking for continuing professional development. She can be booked to talk and lead workshops for Conferences, Retreats and Mind Body Spirit events. She is available as a guest speaker on television and for podcasts and may be approached for magazine articles.
Lauren’s teachings have a strong emphasis on spiritual development and personal empowerment. Her teaching is designed to help each student uncover and develop their unique gifts and explore their true nature. Her approach is well grounded and there is a careful balance between theory and practical. Lauren believes people learn best when they are having fun!
