Lauren D’Silva is the Principal of Touchstones School of Crystal Therapy. Courses are taught in Glastonbury and from her base in Llandrindod Wells, Mid Wales.

Lauren is a fully qualified teacher with almost 30 years of professional teaching experience. She has taught Crystal Therapy to Diploma level for close to 20 years. She is ably assisted by her husband, Shaman and TSCT Tutor Steve Deeks-D’Silva.

All levels of experience and expertise are catered for. ACHO accredited courses are available at Foundation, Certificate and Diploma levels. Lauren also offers Crystal Masterclasses for Crystal Therapists who are looking for continuing professional development.

Lauren’s courses have a strong emphasis on spiritual development and personal empowerment. Her teaching is designed to help each student uncover and develop their unique gifts and explore their true nature. Her approach is well grounded and there is a careful balance between theory and practical. Lauren believes people learn best when they are having fun!

Lauren is author of Touchstones: Foundations for the Crystal Healer, which is the companion text for the Foundation course and Touchstones: Delving Deeper into Crystal Healing, which is the companion for the Certificate course.
